After our call, I’ll put together a project proposal for you to review at your convenience. In the meantime, I'll dive deep into understanding your brand, industry, and target audience. We're nearly there! I'll polish off your brand identity and provide all the assets you’ll need to launch with confidence. This includes your logo, colour palette, typography, and any additional elements we’ve developed, all in ready-to-use formats. I’ll ensure everything is organised and easy for you to implement across various platforms. At this point, you’re set to share it with the world!

We'll get back to you with our initial client form for you to fill out to provide us with information about your brand and project goals. Then we'll schedule a consultation to discuss your vision and start the design process.

How much does it cost?Our pricing is tailored to your brand’s specific needs and the project timeline. Packages start at €1,000, with final costs depending on the scope and complexity of your project.

How long will the process take?The timeframe depends on the scale and complexity of your project. Typically, the entire process—from initial consultation to final delivery— takes 4 weeks. However, we will provide a more accurate timeline once we understand your specific needs.

Do I need to be involved?It’s entirely up to you! While our process is collaborative, we understand you're busy running your business. Your feedback is key to bringing your vision to life, which is why the initial client form is so important. After that, your level of involvement is your choice! If you prefer to be more hands-on, we include at least two refinement stages in every project, with the option to add more if needed.

When do I receive all the design files?Once the project is complete, you’ll receive all necessary design files zipped and ready in their various formats suitable for both print and digital use, ensuring you have everything needed to implement your new brand identity. In the meantime, our Notion Client Portal will allow you to monitor the progress of your project and receive regular updates along the way.

Our client portal, hosted on Notion, lets you track your project’s progress and see which stage we're in at any time. We’ll also use the portal to leave notes and questions, keeping all communication organised and easily accessible in one place.
