Sometimes you’re too close to your own brand to see what’s working — and what’s not. This one-on-one session is a deep, thoughtful look at your brand’s current presence, from visuals to messaging and overall consistency. Whether you’re feeling stuck, out of alignment, or just unsure where to go next, I’ll give you honest, constructive feedback and clear guidance on how to strengthen your brand. Think of it as a friendly reset — a space to get clarity, ask questions, and move forward with more confidence and intention.

The Audit and Proposal

I’ll create a brand audit for you to review in your own time. This will look at how your branding is used across key areas like social media, print materials, and your website. I’ll highlight what’s working well and where there’s room for improvement. This step helps clarify what your brand really needs—whether that’s a full rebrand, a refresh, or just more consistency across the board. I'll also send across a brand proposal on how we can improve areas of your brand, what I offer, and the investment costs. If you're happy to go ahead, we'll set up a contract and invoice.

Discovery Call

We'll hop on a call to discuss and define your brand’s values, vision, and personality. The goal is to create the foundation that will guide the design process, ensuring the visual identity aligns perfectly with your brand’s core message and audience expectations.

Brand Proposal

Once we’ve clarified your brand’s vision, I’ll put together a brand proposal. This will include mood board art directions to guide the look and feel of your identity, along with a clear outline of your brand’s personality and ideal customer.

Feedback & fine-tuning

I’ll share the initial design concepts with you, and from there, we’ll go through a collaborative process of feedback and fine-tuning. Your input is essential as we shape the designs to reflect your vision and brand goals.

Execute & Deliver

We're nearly there! I'll polish off your brand identity and provide all the assets you’ll need to launch with confidence. This includes your logo, colour palette, typography, brand guidelines, and any additional elements we’ve developed, all in ready-to-use formats. I’ll ensure everything is organised and easy for you to implement across various platforms. At this point, you’re set to share it with the world!
